Are you intimidated by writing about your art?  Do you want to enter national juried competitions & calls for art but don't know where to start?  Multi-disciplinary artist Jennifer Weigel will offer some pointers and share her experiences from 10+ years exhibiting nationally, both in grassroots organizations and larger-scale institutions.

This class is designed to help artists of all levels working in all media gain confidence and better present themselves & their artwork in writing and when submitting artwork to shows & galleries, locally & nationally.  Informal lecture format with question & answer and one-on-one opportunities.  Feel free to bring an artist statement, prospectus, call for art, and/or other writing you have questions about.
